Parand national housing movement project

The 804-unit project of the National Movement Plan of Zones 9-13 is located in the 7th phase of Parand, which has a special infrastructure of 103391.04 square meters and has a high construction quality.
This project consists of 10 floors including one negative floor and one ground floor (parking) and eight residential floors and the height of the structure from the ground floor is 34 meters.

The construction site of this project is the part of Zones 9-13, Phase 7 of New Parand city.

The structure of this project is of concrete frame type with Unolit beam roof system, the approximate amount of concrete used in this project is 35,000 cubic meters.
